Associate Manager Digital Lending Analytics

Job Details:

    • Ensure Compliance about relevant regulations and industry standards related to nano loans. Collaborate with relevant teams to address regulatory issues and update policies as needed. Ensure constant and periodic data requirements related to nano Loans for regulatory, Audit and other stake holders. Analyze loan application data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Generate and present regular reports on loan performance, risk factors, and operational metrics. Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualization tools to support decision-making. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across systems. Implement and oversee data validation procedures to detect and correct errors. Conduct regular audits and reviews of data processes to maintain high standards of data quality. Manage and maintain loan management datasets, ensuring their reliability and performance. Work closely with product managers, IT teams, and customer service to address data-related challenges and enhance loan processing systems. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements. Train staff on data handling best practices and regulatory requirements. Ensure complete understanding of Code of Conduct and maintain strict adherence in team members. Organize team to deliver the right solution at the right time, in the right way with the right quality. Ability to develop and apply improvement strategies of Data processes and technology incorporation.

    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, advance excel, Oracle SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Server Management Studio • Sound Communication and Interpersonal Skills Extensive knowledge for Digital Lending (Nano Loans and NBFC) Decision Making and Problem-solving Skills Strong Analytical Skills Excellent Presentation Skills Strong leadership skills. Excellent knowledge Financial Systems, Database, Data Analysis and data Automation
